When you apply turmeric on your skin, the chances of it leaving a yellow residue are high. The color of the spice is very strong, and it can stain the skin. It might take a few days for the yellow residue and stains to leave your skin. It is not a harmful side-effect, but it can deteriorate one’s appearance.
